I always feel Mercury retrograde coming… I’m sure you do too. My phone calls drop, internet gets wonky and my brain starts to feel like the day after I have a migraine, not quite putting sentences together or forgetting why I went into the kitchen.
But after it arrives and I settle into its energy. I find my mind quieter, more reflective, more present even.
Mercury rules our minds, the way we communicate, our technology and how we learn and think. When he moves retrograde we go from thinking in a more outer way to becoming much more internal. Reviewing what was, thinking about the past and even rethinking what’s important to us.
